10-Day Sacred Dance & Sri Vidya Practice
The course brings together Sri Vidya philosophy, sacred geometry, mudra, abhinaya, mantra, meditation and dance, guiding participants from understanding the symbolism of the Sri Chakra to embodying it through conscious movement.
Who Is Tripura Sundari?
Tripura Sundari, also known as Lalita, is one of the principal forms of the Divine Feminine in the Sri Vidya tradition. Her name refers to the Beauty of the Three Worlds, representing the harmony of consciousness, energy and manifestation. The Sri Chakra is her principal yantra and a central symbol of Sri Vidya practice. Through sacred dance, participants explore her qualities of beauty, wisdom, awareness, harmony and transformative Shakti.
