Journey into Sacred Sanskrit
Sanskrit & Mantra Course introduces students to the sacred language of Yoga and the traditional science of Mantra. Through Sanskrit pronunciation, Yogic terminology, Mantra chanting, Stotra and their meanings, students learn how sound and correct pronunciation can become an integral part of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Sadhana.
