Of peaceful and curious nature, she lives in harmony with her 9 chakras, 9 shaktis and 9 planets. Feeling a strong connection to Saraswati, she receives her blessings for intellectual pursuits, creative endeavours, and spiritual enlightenment. Her vision is to help people with their Sadhana; that through their disciplined spiritual practice, they know themselves better, so they purify and recognize their divine essence as the path to happiness. She believes in a simple, sattvic lifestyle and to follow the Aachara or Dharma.

Her support and guidance is focused on 5 disciplines:

Classical Yoga

Classical Yoga from the Himalayas. It encompasses various practices to attain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The system of classical yoga is based on the 5 different kinds of Yoga as given by Shiva, which are Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga (Raja) Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Kundalini (Laya) Yoga and Shiva-Shakti Yoga. She offers workshops, sadhana and yoga demonstrations for that purpose. You can find her in all our books demonstrating the correct asanas.

Classical Dance.

Her passion is to dance, she loves classical Indian dance (Bharatanatyam), as well as classical Nepali, both deeply rooted in culture, tradition, and mythology, giving them a modern touch. These dance forms have elaborate techniques, gestures, facial expressions, and intricate footwork that convey narratives and evoke emotions.

Music / Kirtan.

She loves to chant mantras and to create unity among the audience while playing the harmonium or Sitar, so people can feel inner joy and pleasure.

Rituals lead / Sanskrit chanting

Sanskrit mantras and hymns are used during rituals to invoke the presence and blessings of the deities. She is a professional Sanskrit reader, which gives her access to profound spiritual practices that promote inner peace, focus, and connection with the divine like mantras, pujas (worship) or ancient purification rituals like Havana (fire ceremonies) to honour deities, celebrate festivals, mark life events, or seek spiritual blessings.  She sets up and leads these ceremonies including prayers, chanting, offerings, etc. creating positive energies and spiritual upliftment by the magic combination of Shiva and Shakti, being Shiva is the rhythm and Shakti is the sound of the Sanskrit words. Furthermore, she is currently studying Sanskrit at the University of Kathmandu, being the only woman who is reading Tantric Texts. She helps students with pronunciation and chanting.

Astrology reading.

On her path to help people to connect to know themselves better, she offers interpretation of the planet constellations to understand your past, present and future.

She is offering workshops and classes in the Ashram, Nepal and abroad, sharing the light of yoga, being a living example of the happiness this path brings.
