Shanti Yoga Ashram provides its guests with traditional Nepalese food. This includes Nepal’s famous dal bhat (rice and lentils), fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade yogurt, pickle dish and traditional roti (handmade flat bread). The kitchen is a cozy, family sized room with a welcoming atmosphere reflective of the generosity of the family who runs the ashram. The diet is strictly vegetarian.
