Starting from the physical body, slowly deeper awareness levels will be applied on top, turning deeper inside and awakening the dormant energy centers.
What differs Asana from exercise is the synchronization of movement, breath and awareness. One becomes aware of the physical body, prana (life energy), nadis, chakras and inner sounds. Lastly, the mental repetition of mantra will be applied on top, making it into a Tantric practice.
One learns how to become aware of the subtle energy centers, and how to unlock and circulate their energy, to transform this energy into spiritual light, used for the upliftment of oneself and all around.
Our focus is not on performing advanced asana by forcing the body, rather we want to introvert and find comfort in the same position for a longer period of time, to generate the energy and unlock one's full potential.
