Tantra Yoga is the integrated practice of all Yoga systems. It is a complete science which heals and balances the physical, vital and mental body through the practice of asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and lifestyle. Through these teachings, people are able to raise their level of energy and consciousness and use it for the benefit of all humanity.

7-Day Ashram Lifestyle Program

Experience the transformative power of ashram life in our 7-Day Ashram Lifestyle Program. Immerse yourself in daily practices that harmonize body, mind, and spirit, guided by ancient traditions and spiritual teachings.

What you will learn

  • Asana combined with chakra awareness and bija mantra meditation.
  • Pranayama to activate and regulate prana (life-energy).
  • Chakras meditations to balance and open the chakras (depending on length of stay).
  • Meditations. Different meditation techniques as taught by guru to disciple.
  • Kriya and Kundalini practices ​to awaken the sacred energy (Kundalini) (depending on length of stay).
  • Ayurveda Lifestyle and Diet to come back in harmony with nature.
  • Mantra. To create ripples in the inner and outer cosmos and let the individual mind dissolve in the cosmic mind.
  • Tantric rituals to connect ourselves with the universe and show devotion.
  • Spiritual philosophy to integrate Tantra Yoga into daily life.

1-Day Ashram Experience

Get a glimpse of the ashram through our One Day Ashram Experience! Available 365 days per year. If you are not sure whether the ashram is something for you, or you are just curious about our lifestyle and program, from morning till evening, we guide you through a day in our ashram.

The day will start at 6:00 am, with morning chanting in the temple. Throughout the whole morning, there will be a comprehensive sadhana with Sanskrit chanting, mantra, Havana (ritual), and yoga (asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha). Later in the morning, there will be satsang, and after lunch, we will go for a short hike up to the Buddhist monastery. In the afternoon, there will be a meditation class, an aarti ceremony (ritual worship), and we end the day at 8:00 pm with kirtan.

Three fresh organic meals are included.

30-Day Immersion

Dive deeper into your practice by staying with us for a month or longer. We will support your learning and progress by giving personalized recommendations for your study and practice throughout your stay.
