Meditation is a yogic, tantric and vedic practice for resting the mind, awakening our inner potential and attaining a higher state of consciousness.  The techniques are transmitted by guru to disciple since ancient times. The techniques cover the different layers of the body: Annamaya kosha (physical body), Pranamaya kosha (energybody), Manomaya kosha (mental body), Vijnanamaya kosha (astral, psychic body) and Anandamaya kosha (blissbody). Starting from the gross level of the body, gradually one will explore the most subtle layers of his being.

Manomaya kosha
