About Shanti Yoga Ashram

Shanti Yoga Ashram is a sacred space devoted to the living tradition of Classical Tantra Yoga as preserved in the Himalayan lineage. Here, Tantra is not treated as a trend or theory, but as a direct, disciplined path of inner transformation leading toward self-realization.

Rooted in the science of consciousness, Tantra understands human existence as a layered experience—physical, vital, mental, Psychic and blissful—each requiring purification, balance, and awakening. This holistic vision shapes every teaching and practice at the ashram.

The journey begins with the body, building strength, stability, and sensitivity through classical yogic practices. As the body and nervous system are refined, the flow of prana (life energy) naturally awakens, preparing the ground for deeper tantric practices such as mantra, meditation, inner rituals, and subtle energy work.

At Shanti Yoga Ashram, the path is systematic and grounding. Nothing is forced or rushed—awakening unfolds through patience, discipline, and right guidance, always respecting the natural intelligence of body and consciousness.

Daily life itself becomes practice. Simplicity, mindful living, sacred routine, and self-discipline create an atmosphere where awareness deepens beyond formal techniques. Here, Tantra is not separate from life—it is lived through presence, devotion, silence, and conscious action.

Practices at Shanti Yoga Ashram

At Shanti Yoga Ashram, Classical Tantra Yoga is taught as an integrated system, weaving multiple yogic paths into a complete and harmonious practice. Rather than isolating techniques, our approach unites body, energy, mind, and consciousness in their natural order of awakening.

Morning Rituals:
We perform daily Puja and Havan (fire ceremony) to purify inner and outer environments, uplift collective consciousness, and maintain a living connection with the sacred forces of nature. These rituals are not merely symbolic—they are living practices that support purification, clarity, protection, and inner alignment.Through disciplined practice, mantra, ritual, and conscious living, students experience Tantra as a complete path of transformation, where spiritual insight arises naturally from embodied awareness.

Morning Yoga Practice:
A daily integrated practice of Hatha, Ashtanga, Mantra, Kundalini, and Shiva–Shakti Yoga that purifies the body, stabilizes the mind, awakens inner energy, aligns consciousness, and leads to self-realization.

Hatha Yoga – Meditation through the body: purifying, strengthening, and preparing the physical vessel.
Ashtanga Yoga – Meditation through the mind: cultivating discipline, ethical grounding, and inner stability.
Mantra Yoga – Meditation through sound: awakening subtle vibrations and harmonizing consciousness through sacred sound.
Kundalini Yoga – Meditation through energy: gently activating and balancing dormant inner energy.
Śiva–Śhakti Yoga – Meditation through energy and consciousness: experiencing the union of awareness and energy, consciousness and life force.

Evening Meditation:
Every evening, we gather for meditation, followed by Pranayama, Nyasa, Mantra, Aarati and Kirtan.

Shanti Yoga Ashram welcomes sincere practitioners from all cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems who feel called to walk a complete yogic path—one that honors the body without attachment, refines the mind without limitation, and ultimately leads beyond both into direct inner knowing.

Our mission is to preserve the depth and purity of Classical Tantra Yoga while offering it in a way that is embodied, accessible, and relevant to the modern seeker. Through dedicated practice and authentic guidance, students are invited to reconnect with their own inner source of peace, vitality, and awareness.

Shanti Yoga Ashram stands as a bridge between ancient wisdom and contemporary life—offering not promises, but a path; not belief, but direct experience.
