Pranayama – Sensitizing, Vitalizing, Balancing and Tranquilizing are the pranayama techniques which gives the ability to use your breathe to direct your prana flow.
Mudra – Its circulates the prana flow on the body by hand gesture, head gesture, genetial gesture & whole body gesture this is the essential element of tantra yoga.
Bhanda – It directs the energy into sushumna nadi through the practice of throat lock, root lock, abdominal lock & great lock.
Astanga Yoga (Raja Yoga)

Yama: Ethical principles that guide how we interact with others and the world around us.
Niyama: Personal disciplines that guide our inner behavior, self-care, and spiritual growth.
Asana – Still and comfortable in every posture, so that the cosmic energy flows through you

Mantra Yoga
Art of meditation through the sound – Once the body and mind are balanced we will be ready to invoke the divine energy through sound vibration, the most subtle of all manifestations.
Vedic mantras – It is sacred sound vibrations from the ancient Vedas, used to calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and connect with higher consciousness.
Tantric Mantra – Tantric mantras combined with Yantras harmonize sound and sacred geometry, activating subtle energies and guiding the practitioner toward deep spiritual transformation.
